Presentation :
Sarah Leroy is a child sexual health consultant and founder of Sarah Maternaissance.
After becoming a mother, she trained in the challenges of preventing sexual violence against children, observing that these issues are still too rarely addressed despite their importance.
Today, she works with children, families, and professionals to provide essential guidance on the body, consent, intimacy, and the prevention of sexual violence.
Missions & support
• Individual consultations to support parents or professionals facing situations or questions related to childhood sexuality and violence prevention
• Workshops for children by age group (3-5 years, 6-8 years, 9-12 years) focusing on consent, the body, emotions, relationships, and violence prevention
• Conferences and educational presentations for parents and professionals working with children
• Parent support groups on topics related to children's sexual health (prevention of sexual violence, harassment, gender stereotypes, etc.)
• Online training: “The step-by-step training that helps you protect your child without shattering their innocence: a clear framework to protect and keep them safe from sexual violence without passing on your fears.”
Approach :
Her work aims to provide clear guidance to children and the adults around them to foster understanding of the body, intimacy, and boundaries.
Through information and prevention, she helps strengthen children's ability to recognize inappropriate situations and assert their boundaries.
