Ladies System Defense is a non-profit organization (registered under the French law of 1901) recognized as being of general interest, dedicated to preventing violence through personal safety training programs for women.
For over 15 years, the organization has offered training courses combining self-defense, risk prevention, and mental preparation. Led by experts in security, self-defense, and mental preparation, these courses aim to provide practical tools for maintaining safety, developing self-confidence, and better coping with dangerous situations.
The programs offered are part of a civic approach that encourages autonomy, vigilance, and mutual support in the face of risky situations.
