P’Sea is a non-profit organization (under the French law of 1901) founded in 2025 in the Gironde region of France. It develops and scientifically evaluates surf therapy as a complementary, non-pharmacological psychotherapeutic approach.
The organization offers surf therapy sessions led by teams of two: a clinical psychologist and a certified Surf Santé instructor, within a structured, safe, and supportive environment.
P’Sea works with adolescents and adults experiencing post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety disorders, psychological exhaustion, or neurodevelopmental challenges.
Missions & support

Approach :
The surf therapy offered by P’Sea uses the marine environment, movement, and group dynamics to address psychological trauma and emotional recovery.
It aims to support emotional regulation, reconnection with the body, and the gradual restoration of self-esteem, all within a safe and calming environment.
The organization also incorporates a scientific evaluation of its practices, with an internal protocol and ongoing research into surf therapy.
